Things To Note:

All new applicants must complete a tour and interview before joining. This allows families to experience our program firsthand, ask questions, and meet our coaches. It’s important to us that families feel confident our high-energy environment is a great fit for their child, and that our structured, fun, and engaging culture aligns with what they’re looking for.

We do not allow drop-ins from non-teammates. This ensures that every child your family interacts with has gone through the same tour and interview process. It’s one of the ways we prioritize safety, consistency, and community.

Before and After School Care

Registration

  • One-time registration fee: $100.00

  • This is a one-time fee, not an annual fee

Weekly Enrollment Rates

  • Before & After School: $140/week

  • Before School Only: $95/week

  • After School Only: $120/week

  • Part-Time (3 days/week): $120/week

  • 10% sibling discount on full-time rates.

Included Days & Special Schedules

  • Full-time enrollment rates include early dismissal days and teacher work days at no additional charge.

  • Transportation is provided for eligible schools as outlined below.

Teacher Work Days (All Day)

  • Full-Time Teammates: Included

  • Part-Time Teammates: $50/day

Snow Days (All Day)

  • Full-Time Teammates: Included

  • Part-Time Teammates:

    • $10.00 if it falls on your scheduled day

    • $50.00 if it is an additional day

Transportation Details

  • HUSTLE Athletic Academy provides daily transportation to and from Pocahontas and Flat Rock Elementary Schools for enrolled teammates.

  • Students ride from school to Hustle Athletic Academy in the afternoon and from Hustle Athletic Academy to school in the morning, following the regular program schedule.

  • Transportation is provided using Hustle vehicles:

    • HUSTLE bus serving Pocahontas (driven by Coach Cam)

    • HUSTLE van serving Flat Rock (driven by Coach Jake)

    • Vehicles are used exclusively for program-related transportation.

  • Powhatan Middle School and Powhatan Elementary students ride the public school bus to and from school as part of their regular school transportation.

  • All drivers are HUSTLE staff members who are properly licensed, background-checked, and trained according to program and transportation safety guidelines.​

  • Families are notified in advance of transportation plans, pick-up/drop-off locations, routes, and any schedule changes.

Summer Camp

Summer at HUSTLE Athletic Academy is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and excited all season long while giving parents clear, simple pricing and tons of built-in value.

Simple registration

  • One-time registration fee: $100 for new campers only.

  • Not an annual fee; pay it once, and your child is set for future summers with us.

Weekly tuition

  • Flat summer rate: $195 per week for full-time camp.

  • 10% sibling discount on full-time weekly rates to help families with more than one camper.

Activity package

  • One-time summer activity fee: $200 for the entire summer.

  • Covers daily field trips, special events, and enrichment experiences so there are no surprise add-on costs.

What’s included for campers

  • Two camp shirts provided for easy, stress-free “what to wear” on trip days.

  • A summer calendar packed with activities and field trips Monday through Friday, keeping kids moving, learning, and having fun all summer long.
